GroundSchema is for teams that want a clearer picture of how work actually happens before they automate, delegate, or hand context to AI systems. The product is built around evidence, follow-up questions, and reusable operating knowledge.

Customer journey

From scattered business context to inspectable operating knowledge.

The first version is intentionally practical: gather the sources, ask better follow-up questions, expose what is missing, and give your team artifacts they can review and improve.

01

Start with company context

We collect the basics: what your company does, how teams are organized, which workflows matter, and where the current operating knowledge lives.

02

Interview employees by email

GroundSchema sends focused follow-up questions to the people closest to the work. Email comes first, with other channels planned after the private preview.

03

Ingest documents and transcripts

You can add SOPs, policies, source documents, notes, and raw meeting transcripts so the system can compare what is written down with what people actually say.

04

Organize the operating map

Behind the scenes, GroundSchema turns the inputs into a tenant-scoped map of people, handoffs, tools, decisions, evidence, risks, and open questions.

05

Find gaps and analysis paths

The app identifies missing owners, unclear handoffs, unsupported assumptions, and follow-up questions, then makes the underlying context searchable.

06

Export playbooks and Codex context

Initial playbooks are packaged as Codex skills you can download and iterate on. We are also building a GroundSchema Codex skill and API-key flow so your local Codex can work directly with approved tenant data.

What you get back

Useful outputs, not a black box.

Searchable source-grounded context across interviews, documents, and transcripts.

Knowledge gaps, follow-up questions, and confidence signals tied back to evidence.

Analysis paths for readiness, risk, handoffs, documentation, and automation candidates.

Downloadable starter playbooks and Codex skills your team can inspect and iterate on.
